• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, item can be returned within 7 days or receipt.  Please contact us first before returning item for a return authorization number.  You are responsible for the original and return shipping charges, unless return is due to our error.  Item must be in original packaging, unopened, unsused and damage free, otherwise refund will not be issued and item will be returned to you at your expense.

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us.

  • If an item arrives to you damaged, please contact us within 3 days to facilitate the replacement process. You will be required to send a picture of damaged item. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of returning the item if you elected shipping insurance. If you did not elect shipping insurance you are responsible for the shipping charges to return item to us. Once item is received, if replacement is available it will be shipped to you free of charge. We are unable to reimburse shipping cost for any incorrect or damaged items that are shipped back to us without a prepaid shipping label issued by us, so it is important to contact us before shipping any damaged items back to us.

  • Exchanges are not allowed. Replacements are for same product only.
